About AWANA at Glenridge
AWANA is a weekly children’s ministry focused on Scripture memory, biblical teaching, games, and friendship. Clubs are grouped by age so every child can grow at the right pace.

- Trek — middle-school students growing as disciples
Complete household and child information first, then choose handbooks, uniforms, and materials. A registration fee applies per household. After you submit, you will see the total owing and can pay online using the church’s Stripe payment form (enter the amount shown).

I, the parent or guardian named below, authorize the Glenridge Bible Church AWANA Commander or Program Personnel, to sign a consent for medical treatment and to authorize any physician or hospital to provide medical assessment, treatment or procedures for the participant(s) named above. I undertake and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Program Personnel, Glenridge Bible Church, and its Leaders from and against any loss, damage or injury suffered by the participant(s) as a result of being part of the activities of Glenridge Bible Church, as well as of any medical treatment authorized by the supervising individuals representing Glenridge Bible Church. This consent and authorization is effective only when participating in or travelling to events sponsored by Glenridge Bible Church.
Glenridge Bible Church is collecting and retaining this personal information for the purpose of enrolling your child(ren) in our programs, to assign the student to the appropriate classes, to develop and nurture ongoing relationships with you and your child(ren), and to inform you of program updates and upcoming opportunities at Glenridge Bible Church. This information will be maintained indefinitely as it is a requirement of our insurance company and legal counsel. If you wish Glenridge Bible Church to limit the information collected, or to view your child(ren)’s information, please contact us.
